MY STORY – How I became passionate with healthy eating?
I have always been interested in healthy eating and what is healthy food. Even when I was child I remember asking others and pondering about what’s healthy.
For the past three years I have been searching, learning and experiencing very intensely about what is healthy and what’s not.
The intense interest started from my desire to lose 6 pounds in the summer of 2014. I wanted to lose some weight but I did not want to diet, because I thought diets are evil .
Back then I could not find a solution so I started a diet anyway. The diet I chose was supposed to be healthy. I ended up gaining weight not losing it 🙂
Since that first diet that I tried, I have gone through at least 20 different diets and I can tell, even if I did lose weight I usually gained all of it soon after the diet had ended.
I almost quit…
With all that dieting I gained 15 pounds, so in the end of the year 2016, I “decided” that’s it! I figured I should eat just the way my body tells me to eat. The result – I gained 15 pounds more in just one month!
After that I really DESIDED – that’s it – I will lose all the weight and become healthy in the year 2017. I have still one and a half month left to achieve the first part of my goal :). About becoming healthy, well, I have been eating healthier then ever before for 6 months and lost over half of the weight by JUST BEING HEALTHY!!
I have come to conclusion that eating healthy can’t be defined as just being vegan or paleo or just doing the workouts. I also believe that what’s healthy for me might not be healthy for others. However, there seem to be some patterns that help us on the path of becoming healthy.

There are lots of messy information out here in the internet. I want to help you analyze and make the way clearer and easier, so that you will achieve your goals. I have read, learned and EXPERIENCED a lot about healthy eating and I am sure I can help you on the path 🙂
I love talking about food, making food, and creating new, great-tasting recipes. And I always try to find the healthiest way to create the best taste. I am sure healthy eating should taste even better than being unhealthy!
