If I should eat only one thing, it would be chocolate cake. Mmm… sooo yummy.

I will share with you my favorite Vegan Dessert Recipes they are Healthy, Easy and taste sooo amazingly.

These recipes have been inspired by others and adjusted by me. They are all very healthy and beneficial to your diet. You can adjust them yourself as well and I even recommend you do. I love bananas with my chocolate but you might like pomegranate instead. And that is the way things should be.

So test these, adjust these and share them along!

My favorite Nut Ella without Nutella 🙂

It is so easy and yummy. When I first made it to my boyfriend he was really amazed and has been demanding it quite often ever since. It truly is very fast and easy and really tasty dessert.

To make it you need:

  • 2 tbs raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbs light olive oil
  • 2 tbs water
  • 2 tbs honey (or other preferred sweetener)
  • 4 tbs peanut butter (or your preferred nut butter)

Process is extremely simple:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until mix it until smooth
    1. I usually mix ingredients on a small heat, but you could also use a mixer or you could do it just with a spoon.
  2. Serve with bananas, strawberries or eat just plain – its soooo good 🙂

Homemade Chocolate with berries

Basically the same as recipe above, just without nut butter. Chocolate is one of the most amazing desserts in the world. This is very easy to make recipe that will make you fall in love with it right away.

Additionally, it is extremely healthy. This is one of the few desserts that should be a part of your diet. Yes, should eat it in small portions! But cacao powder has extreme benefits to your health and adds huge amount of variety to your diet.

To make it you’ll need:

  • 2 tbs raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbs light olive oil (to get more chocolate texture and taste use cacao butter instead)
  • 2 tbs water
  • 2 tbs honey (or other preferred sweetener)
  • OPTIONAL: berries, banana or any other fruit you like.

Process is the same:

I usually heat my mixture on a small heat but you could just mix it up by hand. So, to make it just mix all the ingredients (except fruits) in a bowl on a small heat, if you like, until it looks nice, smooth and chocolaty.

Now to serve you have two options:

  1. You can serve it warm and just top it with berries, banana or any fruit you like.
  2. Or you can freeze it for few hours – to get that hard texture chocolate has.
    1. First, take a piece of baking paper, put it on a plate or small baking form.
    2. If you want berries in your chocolate you can add them to mixture now!
    3. Pour the mix on baking paper and put it in the freezer.
    4. Chocolate is ready when the mix has become firm like chocolate normally is.

Chia seeds pudding

I got that recipe from my awesome friend Melissa, who is vegan and who is just amazing person. Check out her Instagram @emelissehealth and get inspired, because this girl really knows stuff!!!

To make the pudding you need:

  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 0,5 cups of chia seed
  • Handful of strawberries
  • Juice from one lemon
  • Little of vanilla
  • Use sweetener if you prefer sweeter taste

Process is very simple:

  1. Blend strawberries, lemon juice and coconut milk, add vanilla and chia seeds.
  2. Let it sit in the fridge for couple of hours until it’s thick.
  3. Serve with strawberries or just eat it as it is. It’s so yummy 😀

A Smoothie

Honestly, I love smoothies!

And whenever I want something sweet I eat a smoothie – it is just so delicious. And the benefit of making a smoothie is that you can put there whatever you like add some healthy fats and proteins and it will still taste amazing!

My favorite smoothie is extremely simple!

To make it you need:

  • 1/2 avocado,
  • 1 banana,
  • handful of frozen raspberries,
  • handful of frozen blueberries,
  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter,
  • stick of celery (about as long as a finger),
  • a piece of carrot
  • a cup of water
  • optional: oats

Process:

  • Blend it all together.
  • I put then my smoothie in a bowl and cover it with oats and sometimes add pieces of raspberry.

Conclusion

These recipes are really easy and quite healthy. In my opinion, being creative is one of the best things you can be, especially when it comes to cooking.

Test these simple recipes yourself and write a comment, what was your favorite and if you made some adjustments then write about those too 🙂

Let the sweetness begin…
