I have been going through the pro’s and cons of that diet and for me the pros are just sooo much bigger!
I have decided to become vegan – full vegan!
Being vegan was the hardest decision I have made in the last 6 months. However, I must say that I feel very relieved to have made that decision at last.
First of all, the more right way to form my decision would say, that I have decided to eat only plant-based whole foods. Veganism doesn’t mean it’s healthy, but whole foods mean – at least for me 🙂
The reason I changed my diet is that I started to really look at the studies – scientifically vegan diet has shown to be always healthier – lower cholesterol, lower risk of any disease and weight loss. Very big contributor to my decision was also the fact that I want to live to very long age and vegans have shown to live longer and stay younger for longer.
I have played really with the idea of becoming vegan for a while now and I finally pushed myself to that decision.
After one full day of being a vegan it’s safe to say that it has been the right decision for me 🙂
I feel already lighter and better in any way.
Health needs sacrifices like any other area in our lives.
