Food is essential for us. And therefore, it’s a known fact that without it we can’t survive. We should have proper hunger and satisfaction feelings – these feelings keep us alive and well. In other words, need for food is normal.
But does this mean that we have to eat even when we are not hungry?
In my opinion NO.

The love of the food is desire to enjoy good foods and good drinks – basically it is eating while not having an actual need for food, not being hungry. That leads us to quite complicated part, that is
– you cannot leave out foods and drinks complitely.
How to solve this problem?
Eating when hungry and stopping when 80% full!
